Gayle is the recipient of the Richmond Association of Realtors Diamond and Gold Production Award for2018-2024, the best Marketing Award for 2022 and was named Top Listing Team2020-2024, along with Top Buying Team for2023-2024. Gayle ranked in the TOP 100 agents in RVA for2023-2024. She has earned her Seniors Real Estate designation along with a Staging Professional Accreditation and completed the 2019 RAR Leadership Development Academy. Gayle Is heavily involved in our local schools and community events. She is the Foxcroft Events Coordinator and former Swim Team Treasurer and former YMCA and School Board Member.
Gayle moved to RVA 18 years ago and lives in the Foxcroft Community. She made that move with 4 school-age children and the anxieties that go along with raising a family and making good decisions. Becoming a Realtor® has always been a desire of hers, and as the family has grown, the desire has become reality. Gayle prides herself on relating to the joys and anxieties of moving and gets her motivation from doing her best to satisfy each individual and family's wants and needs involved in buying a new home. She holds herself accountable for ensuring each step is done in the process by all involved. Gayle is married to her husband Ken and has four children who are all Cosby High School graduates - Morgan (32) lives in Franklin, TN, Mason (26), is a medical student at Salus University in Philadelphia; and Baisey and Sadie (22,Identical Twins) recent graduates of Radford University. Growing up in Southside of Richmond, Virginia, she has a strong family and community bond instilled in her and shares this trait with her friends and coworkers on a daily basis!
