For the past 20 years I've honed my skills in navigating the ever-evolving real estate landscape. With a passion for connecting people with their ideal homes and investments, I bring a personalized touch to every real estate journey.

My experience has been enriched by 8 years of specialization in new construction, working for one of the top builders in Richmond. During this time, I forged invaluable partnerships, gaining knowledge and insights that give my clients a distinct advantage.

I’ve been fortunate to call several great places home! Born and raised in Montgomery County Maryland, I grew up going to our family mountain retreats in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. At the age of 18 I moved to South Carolina to attend college and went on to live in the Palmetto State for thirteen years. Three of those years were spent on the coast in the Murrells Inlet area, followed by ten years in the Upstate in Greenville.  Relocating to the Richmond area in 2008, I called the South Side home for thirteen years, until more recently when I ventured to the Short Pump area, where my partner Allen and I bought a home together in 2021.  Between the two of us we have five kids. Kathleen, 22 graduated last spring from Auburn “War Eagle”, and lives in AL working in marketing for a real estate firm and Garrett, 21, works as a Project Manager in commercial construction (yep, those apples don’t fall far!).  Ashur, 19, plays baseball at Richard Bland, Quinton, 16 plays baseball at Godwin HS, and Kylie, 13 is our budding thespian at Pocohontas Middle.  Rounding out our motley crew are Charlie, our Aussiedoodle and Murphy our Boxer!
