With the competition, had she not been so responsive and quick, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. She was also super proactive over the long wait time to get information for me and stuck with me throughout the entire 6 month back and forth with the builder and their agents. She also helped me ask (or asked for me) questions that helped me get what I needed and wanted.
