Eli has always been patient and encouraging, during our long search for a new home. (She always made herself available when we called at the last minute, even when she was quite busy and never once rushed us.Eli jumped right in when we showed an interest in a “sale by owner” property. She wasn’t afraid of the extra work it took to get a lot of things done for both us and seller. SEVERAL occasions she calmed me down when I was worried about the sale.
