Not a day has gone by since closing that we haven't thought of all your hard work and diligence. Thank you again for your insight and guidance - especially when things got "mucky". As a realtor friend of mine said recently, " There are no 'normal' closings any more!" Peter made this pen out of cocabola, a South American wood similar to walnut. Joe was referred to us by our former neighbors, the Armens. We called him and asked him to stop by and help us establish what we needed to do to get our house ready to put on the market. We he arrived he looked over our property and home and gave us advice on things we could do to make the house look more attractive to potential buyers. We found that Joe didn't stop working after the house sold but continued to provide advice as well as help in preparing for closing. In fact, we had to call on Joe to be the go between for us and the new buyers on items that were still being sent to us at the Crossing Cove property.
