Additionally, Faith always made sure that she sent us a reminder email or text before appointments, which kept us prepared and organized during a really busy season of life. During closing, Faith found a duplicative charge on the settlement statement and didn't hesitate to inquire on our behalf. We ended up getting the statement revised, which resulted in a larger amount of money for us–always a good thing when you are the seller! He managed the entire process from start to finish, starting with pre-listing recommendations for minor repairs and staging, scheduling showings, scheduling inspections and walkthroughs, hired termite inspector and treatment contractor. Even came and took care of our dog when needed so we didn't have to board him. Because of timing of renovations to our new home, we will be living in a transition rental for a year.
