They went above and beyond when getting our house prepared to go on the market. I could not have dreamed of a better scenario. The Sullivans teamed up to ensure repairs were done and met delivery personnel at the house whenever needed. My wife and I live out of town and were unable to be there to meet any contractors. Their extensive knowledge of Coventry (or the market) and their willingness to get the job done is very evident. They tackled each challenge with a can do attitude and constantly came up with solutions to problems. Everything was handled very professionally and promptly. I would recommend Denise in a heartbeat - we were moving from across the country to Williamsburg and had to do a lot of legwork long distance. Once we were able to come into town for a short house hunting trip (3 days), she devoted her undivided attention to us showing us probably close to 20-25 houses in a two day span, one of which we ended up putting an offer in on. From that point, she facilitated the whole process for us locally, including finding someone to cut our grass! It made the transition so easy and smooth and really alleviated any stress related to the house buying purchase. You will not be disappointed!

Megan was absolutely wonderful. I was a first time home buyer, and Megan made the process so much easier. We ran into some problems on the seller's side that delayed closing a week, but Megan completely had my back and was super supportive in helping me figure out the next steps. She was dependable and adaptable. We looked at several homes before finding the one I ended up buying. Once we had made an offer, she was willing to come by the house so we could test GFCIs and take measurements after the inspection but before we closed. At the final walkthrough, the sellers had taken the lockbox earlier than they were supposed to, so Megan drove over to pick the keys up. I really can't imagine going through this experience without her. Such a competent woman, open to communication, and super professional. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.
