and made the process almost effortless on our part. He managed the entire process from start to finish, starting with pre-listing recommendations for minor repairs and staging, scheduling showings, scheduling inspections and walkthroughs, hired termite inspector and treatment contractor. Even came and took care of our dog when needed so we didn't have to board him. Because of timing of renovations to our new home, we will be living in a transition rental for a year. Cyril found our rental, showed it to us, and eased the process with the rental agency. This was our fifth home purchase or sale transaction with Cyril and LM since moving to Williamsburg in 2009.
