Monica Schrum

Property Manager, Monica Schrum, is a native of the Virginia Peninsula. Her expertise and knowledge of the area are of great benefit when servicing her owners and tenants alike. She first worked in association management before transitioning to property management in 2010, earning over 10 years of experience.

Monica's philosophy has always been to “put her clients on a pillow” and carry them through the process. From basic maintenance upkeep to ensuring vacancies are filled, Monica handles every step of the way with ease due to her expertise and sharp management skills. Her clients always have peace of mind and receive the highest standards of professional excellence.

Monica lives in the historical neighborhood Pasture Point in downtown Hampton with her husband and four fur babies, all goldendoodle rescues. She loves walking her dogs on the downtown waterfront or on the beach in search of sea glass.
