You are about to embark on an amazing journey! You are either about to purchase your first home, sell your home, or buy a new home. This is a big deal! And I take this responsibility seriously. I am here to help you and guide you through the process on to your next chapter in life filled with amazing memories. And I cannot wait to be a part of this process for you!
If you have not met me before, let me introduce myself! I am Tabitha - a loving, hardworking, dedicated, and friendly individual. Originally a native from Hampton, I currently reside in Williamsburg with my husband Travis, our daughter Rylie and our furbabies. I have always had a sense for and a love of community. I knew at a young age I wanted to help others in life. This desire landed me in a lifetime goal of pursuing a career as a Police Officer and then later on as a 911 dispatcher. I had always been intrigued by real estate and knew I could help others in my communities with this passion. Being a part of someone finding their first home or starting their next chapter in life is a blessing and allows me to be a part of that person's life for years to come. My family and I cannot wait to be a part of your journey.
Quality over Quantity. This applies to so many things in life. You may know a lot of real estate agents (quantity), but it is the quality of the agent and the qualities they possess that should be what you search for in your agent selection. I am here for you and will put your needs and wants above mine. Let me join you as we work together to find your next home!
Statistics: I Sold over 2 million in my first year in real estate in 2021. In the 1st quarter of 2022 50% of my listings sold for over asking and the other 50% sold at asking. I have had a 100% close rate on all of my transactions from the 1st quarter of 2022.
