Tracey Mendoza understands how to deliver excellent client service. She has spent the last 22 years in the real estate industry, starting out in an administrative role, and working all aspects of the real estate transaction. It was a natural transition for her to become a full time Realtor in 2013. While every transaction is different, Tracey uses her extensive experience in real estate to guide her clients through the real estate maze with ease. Tracey's dedication to providing an enjoyable real estate experience is unmatched. One of the first things you will notice about Tracey when you meet her, is that she listens to you. She really takes the time to understand your wants and needs and answer all of your real estate questions. Anyone who has worked with Tracey knows she works tirelessly on her clients behalf, not stopping until she has negotiated the best deal for her clients. Going above and beyond , for her, is simply her way of doing business.
Her clients appreciate her enthusiasm, integrity and dedication in helping them achieve their home buying and selling goals. She is especially proud of the lifelong friendships she builds through her work.
When she is not helping buyers and sellers, Tracey spends her time with her husband, family and friends. She loves all things "Williamsburg", and can be found in the historic district, at the river or enjoying Busch Gardens.

I love Williamsburg because
The people are great, I love history, there is so much to do, and most importantly, it's home and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
