About Amanda Lopez

    I was born and grew up in the Richmond area. I graduated from Mills E Godwin High School and pursued a degree in the medical field. Having parents that were both realtors eventually led me into this field that I guess you could say is "in my blood". I have worked with many first time homebuyers, but I have also helped investors, individuals, and familes who have owned multiple homes. I have sold in the Fan, Museum District, Chesterfield/ Midlothian, Henrico, and Hanover.

    I find Real Estate exciting. "The thrill of the hunt" for the right home for a buyer or for the right buyer for a seller's home. I pride myself in exemplery customer service - treating everyone like family. 

    I am currently partnering with my mother - Anna Clark. My father has retired. Our team is named Simply Real Estate. We strive to make everything throughout your home buying or selling journey simple for you so you can focus on your move.
