About Brendan Riley

I grew up in Williamsburg and began my Property management career in 2011. I chose Property Management as my career because I believe that the best way to lead a fulfilling life is to help people first and foremost. My skill in understanding complicated and long-term problems, conflict management and real estate knowledge have set me up to help home owners maintain, grow and expand their real estate investment portfolios. My expertise lies in using the latest techniques and technology, including a date focused sabermetric approach to rental analysis.
In my spare time, it’s all about family and music. I’ve been a part of the Newport News and Williamsburg local musicians’ scene for the last 16 years, helping to support up and coming artists in the area.
