About Valerie Stevens

I come to you with a wealth of real estate knowledge in a variety of areas.  I pride myself on offering great service to my clients. You will find me to be goal oriented, with the mission is to provide outstanding service and solutions, so my clients can achieve purchasing their dream home or selling their home to move on to a new home or new adventure in their life. 

I was drawn to the real estate industry to enjoy the freedom to pursue goals and dreams, with great success, for my clients. There is nothing more exciting than to help my clients buy their dream home, investment property, or sell their home as new opportunities occur in their lives.

I have been a Real Estate Sales Agent since 2004 in the Virginia Peninsula area. I always seek to further my education at every opportunity - from earning my Real Estate Associate Broker license in 2014, to taking yearly real estate continuing education classes.

I am originally from Colorado where I began my real estate career after taking classes at Colorado Community College. Later I graduated from Regis University with a B.A. in Business Administration and graduated Cum Laude.  While in Colorado I worked for a Custom Homebuilder, Commercial Real Estate Developer, and Real Estate Lawyer for numerous years. 

When not selling real estate, you will find me enjoying Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, local events, and restaurants with family and friends.  I also enjoy traveling to new places, spending time outdoors - especially the beach!  I have two sons, Michael and Daniel, who are both graduates from Virginia Tech.
