Brigit's creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client's desires as well as skillfully featuring a home's unique presence and character. She ultimately enjoys knowing that by carefully listening to her clients, she can provide them with the best opportunity to make a house a home. As well as giving them clear insight, she loves utilizing her attention to detail by adding extra touches to ensure their home will sell.
After having graduated from Randolph- Macon College in Ashland, VA, Brigit knew that the Richmond area was where she wanted to plant roots and raise a family. She has lived in Richmond for 20+ years, first the West End and then built a home on the South Side in 2005. Her exceptional knowledge of the area from Hanover to the South Side, coupled with her insider's expertise of having built a home from the ground up makes Brigit very knowledgeable in Richmond real estate.
Prior to joining Liz Moore and Associates, Brigit worked for many years as an elementary teacher. As an educator, she learned that precision, organization, patience and commitment to each individual that you work with is key to success in any endeavor. She further learned that one of the essentials to happiness is to encompass passion for the work that she does every day! She is truly passionate about working with people, helping them to enjoy the process of buying or selling a home and making it as smooth a transaction and as stress free as ultimately possible. Brigit is a RESA CSA staging professional and offers staging consulations. In today's challenging real estate market, selecting the right agent is crucial. Therefore, Brigit is a great choice because she represents all clients with the highest standards, knowledge and professionalism.
Brigit currently lives on the South Side with her 2 Labrador Retrievers, her husband Dave, and her three children: Ryan, Hunter and Natalie. When she is not assisting clients she can be found cheering on a soccer game, enjoying choir concerts and theatre productions, refinishing furniture, or relaxing at her lake cottage on Lake Gaston.
