Who am I and where am I from?
I wear many hats as a realtor, mother of 4 boys, and wife of a firefighter/musician (Good thing I have lots of energy!). I spent my childhood moving from place to place renovating homes with my family. I’ve lived in Richmond, King William, Mechanicsville, New Kent, Chesterfield, and even a few towns in Oklahoma you’ve probably never heard of. I know life in the country, city, and small town. My family and I have happily called Williamsburg home since 2013 and I can confidently say I know the Williamsburg and surrounding areas well. Adaptability and creativity are characteristics I value and serve my buyers and sellers well.
What are my passions and why I love real estate?
Teaching and learning new things are a huge passion of mine. I have a degree in education and love that I can utilize that with my buyers and sellers to make them feel like they always understand every step of the process. No question is too small or big, so please feel free to ask! I love seeing passion ignited in my clients. I work with all price ranges and situations from rehab loans to horse farms to new construction to investments and everything in between. I have a personal love for making ugly homes beautiful again and embrace the opportunity to help my clients get creative in making a home more sellable or making their new home shine. It’s always a bonus when they can build equity too! I’ve worked hard at developing relationships with contractors and builders I can trust to provide great work at low prices for my clients. My job as an agent is to be an advocate, negotiator, educator, and resource for all of your needs to ensure you are as happy and comfortable throughout your transaction as possible.
