Some say, “Home is where the heart is,” and Williamsburg has captured my heart. As a
military spouse of 30+ years, I have traveled extensively and had the privilege of living throughout
the United States, but Williamsburg is where I am proud to call home. It is where the past comes
alive and where future possibilities are limitless in the atmosphere of Colonial Williamsburg, the
College of William & Mary, and charm of the middle peninsula.
When it comes to moving, I know and understand the stress and uncertainty of buying
and selling a home firsthand (13 moves in 30 years). And as a Registered Nurse of 15+ years
specializing in Oncology and Critical Care, I know the importance of assessment and finding
solutions to individual needs. Merging my life experiences and applying them to my Real Estate
career has prepared me to be the strongest advocate for my clients as we work together to
navigate the multi-faceted and sometimes complex issues that arise when buying or selling a
home. I am a problem-solver by nature, and you can count on me to study details through an
analytical approach to deliver the results you are looking for. Transparency and advocacy are the
fundamental principles that enable my clients’ success, and I look forward to providing you
with exceptional service.
My husband and I have three adult children and an extremely energetic Australian
Shepard, and we hope you enjoy Williamsburg and the surrounding community as much as we
do. I look forward to working with you and being your neighbor!
Australian Shepard, Boots!

When we find the home you love, we'll prepare a market summary to make sure you don't pay too much. If we think you're making a mistake, we'll tell you…but decisions are always yours. We prepare a draft offer for your review, protecting you with financing and inspection contingencies. We are skilled negotiators and have lots of experience helping buyers make wise decisions.
