After growing up in the Northeast, Gary Smith obtained a degree in Freshwater Biology from the University of New Hampshire, and later started a family with his wife Juliette in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The Smith family decided to move down South in 2014 so that Juliette could pursue a career with VIMS, and they've been happy to call Williamsburg home ever since. Having been a successful REALTOR in Cape Cod, MA, Gary brings years of real estate experience with him to Liz Moore. When he's not busy digging into the Williamsburg market, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, Giana (12), Cora (10) and pup Finnley. They are always on the go; staying busy hiking, camping, biking, curling, boating, and they love to spend their down time anywhere near water. Gary has an eye for seeing potential in real estate, and has helped many investors and first time buyers turn bargain deals into real estate profits.
