About Monique Kuntz

My love for real estate started in California when I was 19. Although accounting was my career, I always kept a pulse on the real estate market.

I moved to Colorado in 1997 with my 2 children, Bishop and Bronte. While there, I met my future husband and Master Brewer, Robert. We both had purchased a side of a duplex. The next 6 months would be filled with renovating my side, all the while getting to know each other. We call it "Our Dance". I never thought I would get to say, "I am the girl next door"! Those duplexes became our first income properties and the beginning of calculated real estate transactions.

My husband's job has relocated us many times. We moved to Vermont for a couple of years and while there, I started a staging business. Through the encouragement of a friend and realtor, I got my real estate license where I could use both my staging and license to help sell homes. In 2019, my husband accepted a job at Stone Brewing Company in Richmond. We moved to New Market Estates @ RounTrey in August and it has been one of the best places to live!

Not only has my accounting background, helped with my personal finances and investments, but my experience living in very different and diverse real estate markets allows me to share unique insights for my clients. Whether you are relocating, want to invest in real estate or looking for your forever home, I can help!

I am always looking for ways to increase my knowledge and skill set as a real estate professional. Currently, I am working towards my SRSdesignation, which is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practioner's who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
