My living up in Williamsburg made it difficult for me to keep driving down to Hampton to deal with contractors, etc. Shirley drove to the house numerous times to check on progress of work being done and also found and interviewed contractors from time to time. She was almost always available when I called her. Now that the house is sold, I already miss talking with her!

Didn’t matter if it was 9am or 8pm. If we had a question or didn’t understand something, she responded!!! I will absolutely refer Shirley in the future...as a matter of fact I referred Shirley to someone at the bank today.

She was always available for questions. I feel there was not a thing that she could have done any better. I would refer her in a New York minute!

She always took the time to explain the details of home inspections and repairs to me. I can't think of anything else she should have done for me.

She provided the expertise and guidance necessary to guide me thru the minefields of selling my home without any glitches encountered.

Her knowledge of reality, and availability when questions arose was most helpful.

She explained all the process of buying a home and she was always willing to
clarify the doubts we had. She always make sure we understand everything and was really good negotiating for us. She always prepared a list of posible houses and was attentive of what we were looking for to find our perfect house.

She also represented our family with purchasing our new-build townhome. Shirley is so personable and knows her stuff! I felt comfortable and confident with the entire selling/buying process.
