We purchased our river front property with the help of Pat Meeker. I met Pat upon walking into her office seeking a very cursory overview of waterfront properties. Because this is a website representation, I will be brief regarding her traits:
- Pat has an interesting life story.
-She is mature, smart and nicely groomed.
- She has lived in the NNK quite long enough to understand the areas and the water impacts of property values.
-Time spent with her is pleasant and very informative.
Pat also knows how to get down to business and speaks squarely about locations and amenities.
Pat carries that reserved and quietly strong business for the fulfillment of their clients' best interest.

We owe tremendous gratitude to Pat Meeker for helping us find our little piece of paradise in the Northern Neck. We met Pat by chance while trying to see a house we found on the internet and we were immediately won over by her friendly nature, professionalism, and positive energy! Pat brought a wealth of knowledge to the process and has a large network of professionals to support getting the job done. Pat worked diligently to find answers through research and investigation. Always quick to respond to phone calls and emails, she is a go-getter!! She made the whole process a pleasure from start to end...even after the deal was done, she has helped us. We would highly recommend Pat to our family and friends!

JR and I met Pat in the fall of 2005. She was the agent at a house in Clifton Landing. We liked her immediately! She listed our home in Sandy Point, VA the fall of 2005 which sold in March 2006. Although the buyers lawyer gave us rats and cats before closing - Pat kept us calm and closing was a breeze. All documents were in order and there were no surprises. We worked with Pat finding another home in the Northern Neck and in July we bought our home in Drum Point. Again, closing was a breeze as Pat had everything all lined up and there were no problems. We " High Fived" and said great job! The next time came in March 2020. Pat helped stage our house. She even purchased new brass knobs for the cupboards. Pat pays attention to ALL details! The house sold 2 days!
