Joey Morang was our agent in the sale of our home. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about him. From day one he showed up prepared and with enough information about the neighborhood to help us decide exactly where we should be price wise. He was extremely efficient and he is so friendly. He constantly checked up on us and informed us what to expect as the process went on. He even met our neighbors and was hired by one of our neighbors in the sale of their house! He was extremely responsive and even checked on us throughout our move and after the sale was completed. Our house sold in 3.5 days! Joey is the best!!

Joey Morang stayed focus on finding the Mann family they're 1st home. I was ready to give up, but Joey kept our moral high by being positive & vibrant until the very end. Joey's responsiveness, preparation, knowledge, & negotiating skills were outstanding!

Joey was ALWAYS available, to the point I felt bad bothering him some times, like he never took a day off! But any time I needed to reach him, he was always responsive. Second, he took tons of notes, listened, and learned our family from house to house to really develop an understanding of what we wanted. Third he was always open and welcoming to our three young kids coming to houses, which was always kind of stressful for us. Joey was exactly what we needed in a realtor. Extremely
helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Made
recommendations but was not pushy or opinionated. My
favorite example: we always call our formal dining room our, “sunny room” because it has been taken over by our kids and their toys… having a good “sunny room” space was very important to us. Within a few house visits, Joey picked up on that lingo and began always referring to formal dining rooms as the sunny room whenever we’d visit a house. Things like that set him aside in our minds and made us feel like he was OUR realtor and really on our side. I’d be more than happy to recommend Joey to anyone looking for a realtor.
