It surely made the difference. Persistence, responsibility, attention to detail, the small things matter. She did what she did too well. House sold too quickly. We thought it would take 4 to 6 months instead it took 10 days.

We had a very special/complicated buying situation, but Brandi adopted the challenge and made sure the process was painless and enjoyable! We had a number of fire drills that Brandi was able to handle with speed, precision, and with minimal involvement from us. Kim came well prepared for our first meeting. As a matter of fact, I was literally selling my house short. Kim's homework on comps convinced me I should start the selling price higher. I did and that's the price we sold at...thanks Kim! I was selling my house at a very "slow" time of the year. We had four showings and two offers. In the end we got the price we wanted and were able to close when we wanted to. Wonderful!

Gayle went above and beyond when we were facing a number of difficult situations throughout the building process. She has a great set of moral standards which is very important when you are making the biggest purchase of your life. Even after the transaction was complete, she made herself available if we had any questions.

Cathy is very knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect home. We were moving down to Williamsburg and didn't know the area well but she took us under her wing and made the entire buying process very smooth. She stayed on top of things (getting appraisals and home inspections done quickly) and was always quick to get back to us and answered all our questions and never made us feel silly for asking them. She treats you like family. After working with her, I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

She genuinely cared for what I was looking for in a home and being a first time home buyer and veteran, Stephanie understood the uniqueness of the process. I will refer her and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.
