John was so fun and easy to work with. He was wonderful with our two children and showed us houses at any time and on any day we requested. He is awesome!

Our agent was wonderful. We were first time homebuyers. John helped us with ideas for our house and other houses that we visted. He also went to some houses more than two times in one week!!

He listened to everything we said and made sure that we were aware of everything there was about the property. If he didn't know, he would find out.

John helped us in so many ways, we couldn't begin to list them all! He tracked the building process and e-mailed us pictures. Since we had to return to NY after the closing, John arranged for the wood flooring to be installed and handled all of the details which was a big help.

My experience with John Womeldorf has been exceptional. Certainly he is extremely warm and personable. But, probably more important, he has been extremely responsive and well informed. He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John's presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.

John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from far away. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.

Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.

John always made himself available to us and spent lots of time showing us properties. We really appreciate John's availability, knowledge of the Williamsburg area and the fact that he did not try to persuade us into something that we didn't want.

John was outstanding! We move every three years, so we have dealt with many realtors--John was by far the best. I would refer him to anyone! John was there for every phone call and email--he always responded in a timely manner. I loved him sending updated photos the most--since we bought sight unseen. John always went above and beyond for us--there wasn't anything he didn't do! He even video taped the drive from the neighborhood entrance to the house and sent it to us!
