Cyril went the extra mile....

in helping us buy a foreclosed property from the VA. Literally, he went several dozen extra miles, through tunnel traffic, to deCyril has that certain je ne sais quois, by which I mean a sense of humor that puts buyers at ease. He is also good at finding out what clients want and matching them with properties that suit their budget and tastes. He is patient and thorough in answering questions from less experienced buyers. Although we were on the lower end of the market, he didn't treat us as if we weren't worth his time. He worked hard for a relatively small commission.liver necessary documents to the seller.

We loved working with Cyril & Tim!

We loved working with Cyril and Tim. They make a great team. When Cyril was hospitalized from a heart attack and bypass surgery Tim stepped in and Cyril even worked from the hospital (as crazy as that is).
They helped us get our home sold as well as find a new home.Cyril took me to a lot of houses and he was very patient with me even though I know I can be a bit picky. He never seemed to mind looking at houses with me, and it was a lot of driving.
