He was very helpful. I caught him doing work on his days off to make sure everything was going smoothly. When he went out of town he kept me with good people and informed at all times. I felt like he was straight forward about everything.

They gave excellent advice on what repairs to do and which to pass on, and they even made arrangements with a handyman to make the repairs we needed. We have known Teresa and Sully for many years because they were very active with the Homeowner Association that we lived in.
