Cheri Nice was truly wonderful to work with when selling our house. She is very professional & knowledgeable as well as supportive in multiple areas. I cannot explain how much she did to help me get the house ready for marketing and all of the helpful tips, labor recommendations, plus literal hands-on physical help she gave. We got several offers as soon as the house was listed and Cheri explained our options and made suggestions. She was just excellent at overseeing every aspect of those final inspections and signing of paperwork. I highly recommend her to anyone.
