I can't think of a better "partner" to have brought me through the selling process. Debi was able to deliver a lot of complex information about the selling process in an easily digestible manner. She was very good in the way that she introduced new information along the way, at each step, so I never felt overwhelmed by what I needed to learn to get a successful sale and closing. Her communication skills were superb!

It was most valuable to have the house inspected prior to listing and the convenience of knowing a contractor to fix things that needed to be repaired. Teresa's knowledge of staging is a big help too. And of course I think the price Sully recommended to me to market the house was just right. I'm really happy with the results!
