Leanne was able to negotiate with the sellers realtor on the price of my dream house, she made sure they still paid some closing costs, paid the home warranty and did all repairs needed before closing. She also looked over my closing worksheet to make sure it was accurate, which it was not, and I ended up paying less at closing than expected.
