We contacted Sheila because the initial realtor we had talked to about helping sell our house just didn't listen to our needs or our situation. I explained our situation to Sheila and she gave me her frank opinions and advice about moving forward. She took control and found a painter and then a house cleaner to prep the house for market. She had our house showing as Coming Soon immediately, and the first showing scheduled just 15 days after we first talked. She literally did everything to get it ready and we did not spend a ton of money on the prep which was the problem with the initial realtor who wanted us to spend over $10K to get prepped. We got offers immediately and when the offer came in that we could not refuse- after less than 24 hours on the market- Sheila agreed that we should pull it and accept.
