I can't think of a better "partner" to have brought me through the selling process. Debi was able to deliver a lot of complex information about the selling process in an easily digestible manner. She was very good in the way that she introduced new information along the way, at each step, so I never felt overwhelmed by what I needed to learn to get a successful sale and closing. Her communication skills were superb!

My experience with Debi and Jon Warren and Liz Moore and Associates was an excellent experience. They were always there when I needed them and was more than willing to go extra lengths for me to feel comfortable about decisions I am making. I have purchased many houses and I plan to use Liz Moore and Associates for the rest of my real estate endeavors.

As a first time homebuyer, I faced a lot of uncertanity, questions, and stress going into the home buying process. Debi has a very upbeat attitude and her friendliness is very catching, it really make the home inspection, visiting potential homes, and even reviewing the contracts enjoyable. She helped get my questions answered and helped me understand the whold process which was very important to me. With Debi's help, I was able to feel confident that I was making the right choices and getting the right answers to my questions. Also, I can't say enough about how hard Debi worked to stay in close contact with me and go the extra mile, that really meant a lot. She was able to make accommodations to let my friends and family look at the potential houses with me, I belive this relaly made me feel comfortable and feel I made the right decision. I would highly recommend Debi to anyone buying or selling a home.

We live in Texas, and I visited Newport News once to look for houses. Debi took me to half a dozen, at my pace, which was quick and efficient. By the time I left, I knew the neighborhoods and the housing market well. When I left, Debi acted as my eyes and ears, taking videos of half a dozen houses for me and sending them to me. She was so thorough that my wife and I made an offer on a house without having physically seen it. The house needed work after the inspection. Debi worked with me to make amendments to the contract. She was quick, attentive, and precise. She arranged for contractors to do the work, letting them into the house and updating me on their progress. I always knew what was going on, and Debi was on top of everything. She negotiated for us, worked for us, and communicated with us. Debi was a household name to our kids, and she felt like a good friend. She really worked with us, and we could trust her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Mrs. Warren is an outstanding agent, a young lady that listens and also gives some good advice. A good friend. Happy that I had her for an agent. She listened to me on what type of home I was looking for and explained what to look out for when we looked at different residents. Everyone was wonderful from my agent, to the mortgage lender and Lytle Title.
