John helped us buy our first house. We had just moved to the area from the other side of the country and really relied on John's knowledge of the market and the area. All of his advise was dead on. He told us in advance that many of the houses we had chosen to look at (based on online ads) were probably not what we were looking for, but he took us to all the houses anyway and in every case he was right on. We ended up choosing a for sale by owner and John made the closing process so smooth. John made recommendations for mortgage companies, insurance and home warranties. In fact, it’s a home we never even dreamed we’d own. We’re patient and methodical, and in our search for a great place to touch down in retirement, we kept coming back to Williamsburg VA.
