I recently had the unfortunate task of helping my 88-year-old mother transition into assisted living. This was a very emotional and difficult decision to make as it then became my responsibility to prepare and sell her house. From day one, Francis was amazing! She reassured me that she would handle everything and she did. In less than 4 days, Francis had mom’s house cleaned, staged, scheduled an open house and we received an over asking price offer/contract the following day! We ran into some problems on the seller's side that delayed closing a week, but Megan completely had my back and was super supportive in helping me figure out the next steps. She was dependable and adaptable. We looked at several homes before finding the one I ended up buying. Once we had made an offer, she was willing to come by the house so we could test GFCIs and take measurements after the inspection but before we closed. At the final walkthrough, the sellers had taken the lockbox earlier than they were supposed to, so Megan drove over to pick the keys up. I really can't imagine going through this experience without her. Such a competent woman, open to communication, and super professional. I am so glad I had her as my realtor.
