Justine is smart, helpful, resourceful and a go getter. I knew she would get me through his tough market and help me find what I was looking for and make sure I didn't get lost with all the jargon and details. We originally began working with 2 different agents before contacting Justine with Liz Moore and Associates. Prior to meeting Justine, the first 2 realtors (with different agencies) made us feel rushed when discussing things or viewing homes, and that really didn't have time to fully dedicate and listen to us. We are so glad to have found Justine. Throughout our entire experience she has been very personable, caring, honest, and genuinely looked out for our best interest. Justine never made us feel that she was just trying to get us into a house so she could move on the the next. Being military and coming from another state, the process can be daunting, but we truly felt heard with Justine, and that we had an advocate beside us through the whole process.

This was our second time working with Justine on both the buying and selling side of things. We had high expectations after our phenomenal previous experience and this time she certainly had her work cut out for herself. Not only did the housing market present more challenges, but we now each had two young children instead of just one in the mix. We were looking for our dream home (hopefully our forever home) and had a pretty specific wish list. After losing out on a couple offers, the perfect home popped up on our MLS search. Justine scheduled us a showing the first day available. She continued to move quick and efficiently with persistence and helped us present an offer that evening that was then accepted. The buying experience from there was as smooth as anyone could hope. After getting moved in, we began to focus on getting our old home ready for sale. You could not ask for a better listing agent between setting up the house cleaning and staging, following up on showings, and promoting the listing on social media. After a couple weeks, we were over the moon to accept a full price offer. In contrast to our buying experience, we had constant roadblocks from then until closing. Justine helped to arrange the needed services and had the house ready to close on time after the tight deadline that had been set amid the busy holiday season. When that tight deadline was strained due to complications with the buyer, Justine stayed on top of things while keeping us abreast of the challenges. After a very long two additional weeks, we finally closed. Justine was a rockstar with everything that was thrown at her and we can't thank her enough for going on this crazy ride with us. We're very happy to be settling in into our new home with a bit less craziness now. We'd enthusiastically recommend Justine to our friends and family.

I do not even know where to begin with Justine because she was absolutely phenomenal in her knowledge and negotiation skills as a realtor. At first I looked at her experience in years in the field which wasn't very many and thought okay we can give her a chance, because she was new in the field as a "Realtor". I found out soon that she could hold her own and often reminded me what I wanted in a home when I became stressed out looking and was going to settle for something that I would not have liked maybe three months down the line. Would I recommend her? If I had to go to war, she would be my "Battle Buddy" for sure. Thank You Justine for your selflessness.

Justine has made my first home buying experience easy and hassle-free. She has been making sure I am informed, but making my own decisions every step of the way. Justine has been great about communicating with my lender making sure he knows exactly where we are in the process and what our next step will be. She has made herself available anytime I wanted to view a property even on weekends. Her response times to calls, texts, and emails has been phenomenal.
