Heather packs a powerful punch as a sellers' agent! She was on top of the marketing game and gave us great suggestions to make our home interesting to prospective buyers. After a little bit of work on our part and some staging by Heather, we were amazed at how quickly we got our first offer! We were prepared for a slow and painful wait riddled with negotiation issues but Heather took care of everything. We couldn't have been more pleased!

Heather was amazing. She sat down and listened to us as we talked about all the things we wanted in our house. She researched so many houses in the area and went with us on what seemed like an endless list of house showings and sometimes back to a house multiple times. She was so patient with us as it was very hard for me to make a decision as she had found us so many good options. I never knew what a long complicated process it was to buy a house but Heather was able to walk us through it and she kept me informed on everything going on. She was able to tell me ahead of time what paperwork was needed so that by the time the bank/loan company needed it, the paperwork was already put together and ready to give them. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. When it gets to that time that my husband and I are ready to sell our house for something bigger, we will definitely be calling Heather to help us.

All the while uncovering that the house we bought had a 'Title' issue that was not discovered by past agents dealing with this for mentioned house.
