Maryann is a knowledgeable, efficient realtor. We met with her at the beginning of the year to potentially list our home in the spring. She encouraged us to list it ASAP. We did, and we had three offers all over asking on the first day. She helped us find our current home in our dream neighborhood. She is easy to get in contact with and will guide you through every step with wisdom. She's kind and not at all pushy.

I still remember the day we met… in the parking lot of Sycamore Presbyterian Church… What I remember the most about our first meeting was your absolutely beautiful smile – it reached deep into your eyes and radiated outward. It was a damp, drizzly day, but you made me laugh… To make a long story short, we realized Virginia was where we needed to be… I honestly don’t think we would have had the happy outcome we have today, if it wasn’t for you putting us before any commission or ‘deal.’ You truly are an honest and thoughtful person.

It was a pleasure that the Lord chose you to escort us all over Midlothian that day when we finally came upon our currently loved home! It was perfect… and it still is! Maryann was already a friend to us, due to church, etc. When it came time to sell our house, she made her character known to us. To help us out of a bind, Maryann listed our property on the MLS and gave us lots of helpful advice.
