Not a day has gone by since closing that we haven't thought of all your hard work and diligence. Thank you again for your insight and guidance - especially when things got "mucky". As a realtor friend of mine said recently, " There are no 'normal' closings any more!" Peter made this pen out of cocabola, a South American wood similar to walnut. We figured realtors use lots of pens, but this one is as professional and distinctive as you are!
