Brigit was patient, easy-going but at the same time professional. She would get to the showings before time, prepared and with individual insight on each property. She navigated a crazy market and negotiating term. We were glad to have her in our corner.

Once we settled on our house, Brigit tirelessly negotiated and advocated on our behalf. Because she was so detail-oriented, we both had a lot less stress, knowing she'd catch anything we might miss/forget.

She was wonderful. Went above and beyond to help us with a cross country move. Took the time to meet via zoom to first meet. Did facetime walk through since we couldn't be there. On our one visit to VA really payed attention to our wants and needs so she could help us virtually

Brigit Lane was/is amazing. She maintained her professionalism and kindness during the many months of house hunting. She was always on the lookout for houses. Yes, it is her job but she would be up at the crack of dawn looking to see what was coming on the market that day. There were times we looked at 2 or 3 houses one day and do the same thing the next day. She was always available to answer questions and to look at houses. You are fortunate to have her on your team. Brigit always found the answers to our questions about listing quickly and always got back to us within 24 hours, even on the weekends! Brigit was patient through the entire process. She did not rush us into listing but continued to check in to see if we needed anything and just to see how things were going. She encouraged the pre-inspection of our home. Selling our house is stressful and the pre-inspection allowed us to make repairs on our time and budget before listing.

I would recommend Brigit to anyone and everyone! We were located out of state while looking for a house and she drove to homes to take pictures/videos when we needed them. She offered to pick me up from the airport when flying in for the inspection. She reached out to some of the neighbors via handwritten letter letting them know we would be moving in. She was so knowledgeable about the houses and the areas they were in but presented all the information in such a non-biased way; it made us feel very comfortable and supported that she truly wanted to find the right home for us.
