When I was ready to look at homes, she was very patient and thorough about showing homes. She effectively discerned what I like and didn't like. Faith pointed out features of homes I looked at, which helped me narrow down the choices, but I never felt like I was being steered. Her very good knowledge of the area and the market helped me in comparing different homes. Since I already had a contract to sell my existing home, I needed to find a new one to buy quickly, and Faith was great about being available when I needed her services.
