She was right, because not long later we found an amazing house! Ellen was so helpful in telling us how to make the best offer, for the best chance of success. She knows so much about the neighborhoods and market around here and I felt completely confident in her hands!

She was able to get me a quick appointment to see the new construction condo I ended up buying and because she acted so quickly, I was the first person to look at it after it came on the market and was able to buy it because I got there first. With the competition, had she not been so responsive and quick, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it. She was also super proactive over the long wait time to get information for me and stuck with me throughout the entire 6 month back and forth with the builder and their agents. She also helped me ask (or asked for me) questions that helped me get what I needed and wanted. It was definitely a difficult time to buy, but Ellen’s proactive and fun nature helped the process be enjoyable and efficient. Honestly, I can’t think of anything she could have done differently. It was my first home, so she helped me a lot through the whole process.
