She always had her telephone on, I could always get up with her

....responsive, competent, patient, and wise on the sales process. Lisa was prepared and reacted when necessary. I would absolutely refer her in the future.

She was great to work with, even from overseas. She was always available to chat and took a lot of time showing my parents to different houses. I would recommend her to others.

She really listened and paid attention to our needs from "we need room for the piano" to "we need garage/storage space." She knew we didn't want "cookie cutter" , and she really only sent us houses that fit our needs. Called us back with answers to questions. Very accessible! We loved Lisa, and should the occasion arise we will use her again and we will most definitely recommend her to those buying or selling homes.

What a great smile and never ending support and concern for us. There was not one thing that we felt she did not cover. She was looking out for our best interest from the get go. We will use Lisa again when the need arises.

Getting us set up before we even arrived for our trip to buy a house (we were coming from out of town). She took the time to get to know us, see our house (through photos) in Florida and send us links to view houses online, so we could narrow down the ones we wanted to see in person. Once we arrived, we had two and half days. Lisa had everything very organized and we were able to see everything we needed to see. She was fabulous throughout the whole process--very attentive and handled things for us. Can't think of a thing--she thought of things before we did. We can't imagine having such a stressful situation, such as making a move out of state, go any better or more smoothly.
