Cathy is very knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect home. We were moving down to Williamsburg and didn't know the area well but she took us under her wing and made the entire buying process very smooth. She stayed on top of things (getting appraisals and home inspections done quickly) and was always quick to get back to us and answered all our questions and never made us feel silly for asking them. She treats you like family. After working with her, I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

Being a first time home buyer is a rough and scary thing but going through the process with Cathy Jackson we almost knew instantly we were in great hands.
