I was initially looking for a rental which isn't really a big dollar item for a real estate agent, but Kim always went the extra mile and found me many different options. When the rental I wanted went a little sideways, Kim sent me a new list. When I was looking through the list I found the perfect condo to buy. Kim easily transitioned into helping me to buy it. She had to do almost everything since I was not in the area. I felt very comfortable trusting her to look at the condo with a critical buyer's eye, and it is a perfect choice for me. Kim worked out a really great deal. She always was on my side through the whole transaction process. I got the best deal possible in Newport News. I will refer Kim and Liz Moore & Associates in the future.

I can't express well enough our gratitude to Kim for her exceptional skill, professionalism and ongoing support in selling our home. Her professional approach to problem-solving smoothed the inevitable bumps along the way to our successful sale of a difficult home to sell (very limited target market). She demonstrated unparalleled expertise with lots of out-of-the-box marketing ideas and deep grasp of the market and buying climate. There is nothing she didn't do for us. Her availability and support throughout the process was around the clock, and always made us feel like we were her only client, even though we know she was extremely busy with others as well. I unequivocally believe there is no better agent in our area.

Her professionalism shone in handling all phases of our multiple transactions and especially in the face of increasingly difficult circumstances. Kim is a professional among professionals. She took the time to always listen and understand our perspective, and then successfully fought for our position with the other sellers. We appreciated her genuine warmth and sensible guidance at each decision point, and we could rely on her obvious expertise and on-going support. She continually surprised us by going beyond the expected for us on both the sale and purchase of our homes.

She really understood our needs and wouldn't let us go beyond what we needed.

Kim came well prepared for our first meeting. As a matter of fact, I was literally selling my house short. Kim's homework on comps convinced me I should start the selling price higher. I did and that's the price we sold at...thanks Kim! I was selling my house at a very "slow" time of the year. We had four showings and two offers. In the end we got the price we wanted and were able to close when we wanted to. Wonderful!
