We purchased a home with them 17 years prior and were so very impressed with their expertise we told them then that if we ever sold our new home they would be our realtor. When we made the decision to sell our custom home Teresa and Sully were the first ones we called. They walked us through the entire process step by step. We were quite anxious but they reassured us constantly. Sully prepared an a outstanding, comprehensive sales analysis to determine the perfect sales price. Teresa walked through every inch of the home helping us stage the home in preparation for showings. They guided us the entire way and provided outstanding advice. When we received our offer, they were instrumental in keeping us focused and helped us to get top dollar for our home in a slower market for homes in our price range.

Working as a team, their continuous updates were really appreciated. With their combined knowledge and experience you can trust them to have your best interest throughout the process. When you had the best realtors working for you, you cannot go back to anyone else! Wow! I knew that they had an excellent reputation from both customers and other realtors (which is highly exceptional) having been a realtor before. I never expected our home selling experience to be so easy. From our very first meeting, Sully & Teresa ensured all our needs and requirements were met. They even went beyond what we expected and saved us thousands of dollars by their wealth of knowledge of the market and a great team working with them (which you only get from experience of over 27 years). They were outstanding! Taking things off our plate at times to give me more breathing room, connecting us with contractors needed for repair work and reaching out for information and keeping us up-to-date was most valuable. There was no pressure from them and always had our best interest. They were very intuitive in knowing how to handle every situation.
