Gayle is an amazing Realtor, as our journey to find a "perfect" home and sell our current home was a hard one and felt like it took forever. However, from day 1 she was nothing but impressive and dedicated to our needs/desires. The first step was getting the house ready to show. She came over with tons of decorations/props in order to spruce the place up a bit. She even made suggestions on what to fix/keep in mind during the process. She networked and marketed almost daily to get our home sold. You can tell that this is not just a job for her. She loves what she does and it shows. She went above and beyond and was always readily available if we needed assistance or had questions. We are very blessed to have Gayle as our Realtor!!!

She made me feel very comfortable with the selling process. She helped me find the people I needed to do the necessary repairs and updating.

Being new to the area and not really knowing too many people, I really needed another woman's opinion and Gayle was right there to help me out!! I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Gayle Peace!! Not only would I recommend her to any of my friends and colleagues, but today I am proud to call her my friend!!"

It surely made the difference. Persistence, responsibility, attention to detail, the small things matter. She did what she did too well. House sold too quickly. We thought it would take 4 to 6 months instead it took 10 days.

We had a very special/complicated buying situation, but Brandi adopted the challenge and made sure the process was painless and enjoyable! We had a number of fire drills that Brandi was able to handle with speed, precision, and with minimal involvement from us. Not only does she excel at her job, but she creates an impenetrable sense of comradery between herself and her clients. Buying a home with Brandi was like spending time with a good friend - she always made herself available, whether is it was early morning, late night, weekends, etc. She absorbed so much of our stress as first-time buyers, so that we were able to actually take pleasure in buying a home! We will never buy/sell property without her.

She was super proactive and spent as much time as was needed to fully orient us with the local market and home options. Provided a great kickoff meeting to find what we were looking for and followed with an all day overview of neighborhoods by car. It was perfect to focus our search.
