He managed the entire process from start to finish, starting with pre-listing recommendations for minor repairs and staging, scheduling showings, scheduling inspections and walkthroughs, hired termite inspector and treatment contractor. Even came and took care of our dog when needed so we didn't have to board him. Because of timing of renovations to our new home, we will be living in a transition rental for a year.
