Tom and I have always loved the Gloucester area and the York River. We dreamed about having a vacation home that would eventually be our retirement home. A few years back, we called Cheri Nice whose name was on a real estate sign in a yard that we saw from the bough of our boat. We left a message for Cheri who called us back before we sailed out of the cove. We looked at the house with her 2 hours later. The house was not a good match for us but Cheri Nice was the perfect match. Cheri showed us a few places, which we determined together, might be our dream-come-true home. Where is the option to give more than 5 stars? My husband and I were referred to Kelly and Justine at the beginning of our search for our dream home. We live in Chicago and were planning a move to Virginia. They were the first realtors that we spoke to and we knew instantly that they were the perfect fit for us.
I cannot express enough how incredibly fun, efficient, and knowledgeable they are. Any time we had a question, they answered it immediately. Any time we sent over the link to a house we wanted to see, they booked a showing for as soon as was available. They gave us honest feedback on properties that we on the fence about viewing.
