when it comes to new construction and she came to the walk through with us and her eye for detail was extremely helpful. Heather also helped us negotiate for a few things that we thought we had and she was always willing to look up things in our contract when we had questions. It was most valuable her eye for details and her negotiation skills. Heather would not hesitate in contacting the builder and asking questions for us.
