John is 'the best!!!' :-) John went the 'extra mile' when necessary. Good sense of humor, which I (Margie) esp. appreciate. Easy style -- approachable. Perfect temperament for what he is doing!! Obviously a very patient guy -- or at least one who can control his emotions/reactions, etc.

Since we were out of town buyers (and then sellers) John made the entire process painless. We never doubted we were missing any important details. The title company was great, the bank he recommended was great. He even helped us with a neighbor who mowed the yard in exchange for boat docking priviledges.
